Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to join our dynamic team! In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for buying and selling homes, engaging with leads, assessing property values, estimating repair costs, and closing deals. No prior real estate experience is required—just a passion for sales and a drive to succeed!

What You Will Do:

- Follow up on leads to evaluate properties and analyze comparable sales to acquire new homes.
- Negotiate the acquisition and disposition of properties effectively.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
- Estimate repairs and determine the After Repair Value (ARV) and As-Is value of properties.
- Meet with homeowners to present offers for their properties.
- Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process.

About You:

- You have 4+ years of sales experience.
- You consistently rank in the top 10% of sales staff in your previous roles.
- You possess excellent communication skills and are proficient in Microsoft Office.
- You have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas through phone sales.
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher is preferred.
