Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Remote Real Estate Analyst to join our team! This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with executive leadership in evaluating new real estate acquisition opportunities and structuring transactions. You will gain hands-on experience in underwriting, financial modeling, equity and debt structuring, due diligence, market analysis, zoning analysis, and the overall real estate transaction process.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the investment team to build and maintain a robust database of new investment opportunities.
- Assist in screening and evaluating potential investments through thorough due diligence, including research, financial modeling, meeting participation, and occasional travel.
- Support the acquisition and disposition process, including deal structuring, drafting agreements, reviewing financial statements, and conducting on-site due diligence.
- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and underwriting for new acquisitions.
- Participate actively in regular meetings with the executive team to discuss and evaluate market opportunities.

Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of experience in real estate underwriting, acquisitions, or a related field requiring strong finance, research, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Advanced Argus, MS Excel, Outlook, and internet research.
