Responsibilities: Manage and nurture buyer relationships throughout the sales cycle • Trust drives deals. You'll keep active buyers engaged, informed, and ready to move, ensuring repeat business and faster closes. Coordinate all steps from the signed contract to the successful closing • You're the closer’s closer. Oversee title coordination, due diligence, and communication between parties to eliminate delays and ensure a smooth path to the finish line. Maximize revenue by pushing for stronger assignment spreads • This is not just about volume—it’s about margin. You'll strategically negotiate and create urgency to secure the best possible pricing on each deal. Work an existing warm pipeline of interested buyers • You're not cold prospecting from scratch. Instead, your focus is on timely follow-up, creating competition, and turning buyer interest into action. Organize and maintain accurate deal tracking and CRM updates • Sales is about timing and follow-up. Keeping the system up-to-date ensures no deal or conversation slips through the cracks—and keeps your commission pipeline healthy. Identify buyer trends and provide feedback to the acquisitions team • Your insights shape future deals. Sharing buyer preferences helps the team lock up more of what actually sells. Own your results and operate with urgency and autonomy • You’ll be trusted to drive outcomes. No micromanagement—just clear goals, strong support, and the freedom to get the job done. Qualifications: 1+ years of commission-based direct sales experience is 100% required • This role is not for beginners. We’re looking for proven sales professionals who thrive when their income is tied to performance, not a paycheck. Experience in roles like Dispositions Manager, Sales Manager, door-to-door sales, solar, home improvement, time share, or similar high-ticket sales • If you’ve sold under pressure, handled objections, and closed deals face-to-face or over the phone, you'll fit right in. Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills • You must know how to create urgency, build trust quickly, and move hesitant buyers toward a firm “yes.” Organized and consistent with follow-up and CRM usage • Sales are won in the follow-up. You’ll need the discipline to track conversations and update records consistently so opportunities aren’t lost. Comfortable owning the deal from contract to closing • This is a sales + operations hybrid role. You’ll not only influence pricing, but coordinate with the title and buyers to keep deals moving. Energetic, fast-paced, and motivated by hitting targets and earning commission • We want someone who brings drive, confidence, and competitive energy to the team, not someone looking for clock-in, clock-out work. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills • You’ll be on the phone and in negotiation mode daily. Your ability to communicate clearly, build rapport quickly, and remain composed under pressure is key.
