Job Description

As our Dispositions Manager, your job is to maximize the assignment fee or resale profit on each deal we lock up. You’ll build relationships with cash buyers, manage our deal flow, and ensure properties are sold quickly and efficiently. This role is perfect for someone with strong sales instincts, real estate knowledge, and the hustle to move deals fast. Responsibilities: Deal Disposition • Market and sell wholesale properties to investors, landlords, and flippers • Negotiate pricing and terms with buyers to maximize assignment fees or profits • Coordinate with title/escrow to ensure smooth closings Buyer Management & Outreach • Build and maintain a strong network of qualified cash buyers • Run investor email blasts, text campaigns, and calls to promote deals • Host property walkthroughs and open houses when necessary CRM & Deal Tracking • Manage buyer pipeline in our CRM (Follow Up Boss or similar) • Track disposition KPIs (e.g., average days to sell, assignment spread, close rate) • Provide regular updates to leadership on deal status Collaboration & Coordination • Work closely with the acquisitions team to understand each deal’s exit strategy • Communicate buyer feedback to acquisitions and marketing for improvements • Coordinate with operations and the transaction coordinator to get properties to the finish line Qualifications: Requirements • 2+ years of real estate sales, dispositions, or related experience • Strong sales and negotiation skills • Familiarity with real estate investment terms (ARV, assignment, rehab, etc.) • Experience using CRMs and marketing tools (email/text platforms) • Great communicator with high energy and strong follow-through Nice to Have • Experience working with real estate investors (flippers, landlords, wholesalers) • Las Vegas market knowledge (or willingness to learn fast) • Licensed real estate agent (not required but a plus) About Company: We are a local real estate acquisition and redevelopment company with a focus on acquiring single-family properties, revitalizing them, and selling them for a profit.
