Job Title: Real Estate Manager
Job Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL (on site)
Salary: $90K-$130K+ DOE
Requirements: Real Estate, Transactions, Contract Admin
What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee the monetization of our 100+ properties through sales, renovations, leasing, etc.
- Oversee office of 8 employees, working closely with the president
- Oversee, manage, and directly communicate with realtors, rentals, tenants on any questions/concerns, etc.
- Administer construction contracts, oversee construction work on properties
- Handle eviction proceedings as needed
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Law, or related
- 4+ years experience within real estate management and/or real estate transactions
- Ability to be a hands on leader, completing workload independently
- Ability to manage the office and communicate with leadership
