HomeTeam4u is on the hunt for a Real Estate Manager—a growth-minded, people-first leader who’s serious about accountability and driving results.
You’ll be coaching and training agents to sharpen their skills and boost conversions, while partnering with leadership to level up performance, streamline systems, and keep our culture strong, collaborative, and winning.

Responsibilities:
People & Culture
• Coach agents through 1:1s, roleplay, and weekly training
• Lead onboarding via our Streamline program
• Run sales meetings and drive accountability
• Foster a positive, high-energy team culture
Operations & Accountability • Manage calendars, training prep, and tools like FUB & Sisu
• Support office systems, policies, and performance tracking
• Align with leadership on goals and handle escalations
Qualifications:
• Strong people skills with the ability to connect at all levels
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Organized with solid time management and budgeting skills
• Proven success in sales and/or talent development
• Experience in coaching is a plus
• Natural leader who leads by example
• Real estate experience is a plus
• Positive, team-focused, and brings great energy
