Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Real Estate Manager to lead site selection, lease negotiation, and real estate development initiatives in the United States. This role involves strategic planning for store expansion, data analysis for location assessment, and project management through all stages of store development. Ideal candidates should bring a strong background in retail site strategy, excellent communication skills, and deep familiarity with key commercial zones in the U.S.

Responsibilities:

• Lead new store development including market research, site evaluation, and negotiation of real estate agreements.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to support commercial site viability and maintain location criteria.
• Develop and execute store expansion strategies based on market trends and business objectives.
• Manage real estate development projects, ensuring completion within time and budget constraints.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with landlords, developers, and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal teams across departments to facilitate smooth store openings.
• Oversee contract updates and lead business negotiations for store-related projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate development or related industries; retail experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in market research, site evaluation, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong project management capabilities in a fast-paced business environment.
• Knowledge of major U.S. shopping centers, retail hubs, and business districts.
