Compensation:
$100,000 - $200,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

Become an expert in the Orlando real estate market, providing exceptional service and advice to clients.
Respond to and nurture high-quality leads to build a strong client base.
Work closely with buyers and sellers, delivering professional insights and top-tier service.
Ensure smooth and successful transactions from consultation to closing.
Go above and beyond to exceed client expectations, building long-lasting relationships and loyal clients.

Qualifications:

A proactive self-starter with a strong desire to achieve goals.
Passion for helping people and building lasting relationships.
Experience in real estate sales or a deep passion for learning the industry.
Comfortable with technology and remote work systems.
Excellent communication and organizational skills—keeping everything on track.
Active Real Estate License (required).
