Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Qualify in-bound leads
• Cold-call potential customers
• Manage sales team
• Identify opportunities for company growth & expansion

Sales Manager Perks:

• 4 day work week, Monday - Thursday
• Base compensation of $52k
• Bonus - earn up to $150k base plus bonus on average
• Flexible PTO
• Hybrid role - 80% of time spent in-office & 20% of time spent in the field
• 1099 Role - no additional benefits offered
