We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of the real estate transaction process, from contract to closing
- Communicate with clients, real estate agents, title companies, and lenders to ensure a smooth transaction
- Schedule and coordinate walk throughs, appraisals, and closing dates
- Manage all paperwork and documentation related to the transaction, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Assist clients with any questions or concerns throughout the transaction process
- Maintain open communication with all parties involved to keep everyone informed of the status of the transaction
- Provide administrative support to real estate agents as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in real estate or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
