Real Estate Wholesale Manager Full Commission Location Remote in Orlando, FL :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Wholesale Manager to join our team. As a Real Estate Wholesale Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our wholesale real estate operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a proven track record in wholesale real estate transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Wholesale Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive wholesale real estate strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Identify and evaluate potential wholesale opportunities, considering market trends and property values.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and motivate a team of real estate professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and achievement of sales targets.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to enhance the team's sales and negotiation skills.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential properties for wholesale transactions.
  • Analyze market trends, property values, and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry changes.
  • Negotiation and Deal Structuring:
  • Negotiate and structure wholesale deals to ensure optimal terms and conditions for the company.
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable agreements with sellers and buyers.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with real estate professionals, brokers, and industry contacts to expand the network of potential wholesale opportunities.
  • Due Diligence:
  • Oversee due diligence processes for potential wholesale deals, ensuring accurate property assessments and risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate with legal and financial teams to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Implement systems to track and measure the performance of wholesale transactions.
  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in real estate wholesaling, with a strong track record of successful transactions.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and local regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in relevant software and tools for real estate analysis.
