Summary:
The Receptionist/Retail Associate will be responsible for greeting visitors and customers, answering incoming calls and emails, cashing out customers and assisting with additional duties as needed.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet store customers and visitors
Direct visitor to appropriate person
Receive packages and mail and distribute them to recipients
Answer Factory store phone and assist customers with their inquiries.
Monitor Factory store email inbox and answer emails from customers.
Handle Factory Store customer order pickups
Cash out customers as needed.
Assist store manager with inventory purchase orders
Assist store staff with organization and cleaning of Factory Store as needed.
Additional duties as needed.
Qualification Requirements:
Pleasant and professional phone manner
Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office.
Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of employees.
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.
