ONE OF OUR LARGEST ECOMMERCE COMPANY IS HIRING MULTIPLE RECRUITER I POSITIONS! THIS POSITION IS FULLY REMOTE, HOWEVER THEY PREFER A CANDIDATE LOCATED IN EST.
Job Description: - These recruiters would not be hiring traditional employees; rather, they would be helping a key AGI business initiative which is focused on onboarding individuals to support human data collection tasks used to train our AI models.
- These experts would basically be able to complete work on-demand, as needed via internal platforms.
- Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees.
- Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status.
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: - Based on the filters we defined, find qualifying individuals on LinkedIn and send them the initial message on LinkedIn.
- Using some templates to reply candidate's questions.
- Basic tracking of outreach/interested/onboard count.
Qualifications: - 1-2 years of Sourcing experience
- Bachelors degree preferred, minimum of HSD or GED
- Comfortable working in a variety of roles (will change from physics, to math, to coding at a moments notice)
- Comfortable with high-volume
- Excellent written communication
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter experience/sourcing
- MS office – Excel
