About the RoleAs a Legal Recruiter at Projective Staffing, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for various legal positions - from sourcing and interviewing to coordinating with clients and ensuring a smooth hiring process. You'll work closely with our account managers and client partners to deliver qualified candidates for U.S.-based law firms and corporate legal departments.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process for legal positions (attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, intake specialists, etc.).
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels.
Conduct pre-screening and behavioral interviews in English and Spanish.
Evaluate candidates' experience, communication skills, and legal knowledge.
Maintain accurate and organized records in the company's ATS.
Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and job requirements.
Prepare detailed candidate summaries and coordinate interviews with clients.
Provide a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
2 3+ years of experience as a recruiter, ideally in the legal industry or professional services.
Strong understanding of legal roles and terminology (e.g., litigation, personal injury, intake, case management).
Excellent English communication skills - written and spoken (C1+).
Experience managing high-volume pipelines and working with U.S.-based clients.
Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
