Position Overview:

Full-Cycle Driver Recruiting: This is a 100% remote position with no cold calling required. Our leads are fresh and ready to engage every day.
Compensation: Paid per driver hired; this is a 1099 position.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with client managers to understand current staffing needs and provide regular updates on applicant status.
Assist qualified applicants in completing carrier/client applications and ensure all necessary documents are submitted.
Schedule and confirm orientation for applicants, communicating travel and lodging arrangements. Help overcome any obstacles that may prevent applicants from attending scheduled orientations.
Perform administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.
