About the Role

We are seeking a driven and strategic Recruitment Manager to oversee daily recruitment operations, support our team of recruiters, optimize our sourcing tools and systems, and play a key role in client development. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, hands-on recruiting knowledge, tech-savviness, and business development experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of recruiters in their day-to-day workflow.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching and resources to help recruiters hit their goals.
  • Serve as the escalation point for recruiter questions or client issues.
  • Audit and streamline recruitment workflows to improve speed, quality, and efficiency.
  • Research and recommend up-to-date tools, AI solutions, and platforms to minimize manual resume screening and improve candidate matching.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential recruiting clients.
  • Actively seek out and close new recruiting opportunities across industries.
  • Track team metrics and hiring outcomes to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
  • Proven success in both agency and/or in-house recruitment settings.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tech tools, ATS platforms, and resume screening technologies.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Business development or client acquisition experience is a strong plus.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
