Job Description

Position Overview: As a Regional Dedicated Truck Driver at Hank's Furniture, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and safe delivery of our high-quality furniture to our 17 locations. HOME MOST NIGHTS as this job most runs are daily local runs with a few overnight runs a month to our Florida/Alabama stores. NO WEEKENDS!!
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a company-owned truck to transport furniture to designated locations within the regional area.
Adhere to all safety and DOT regulations while on the road.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in proper working condition.
Load and unload furniture, ensuring items are secured properly to prevent damage during transit.
Maintain accurate delivery records, including logging hours and reporting any issues or delays.
Collaborate with dispatchers and warehouse staff to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
