Responsibilities

• Oversee property leasing activities, including negotiating lease agreements and ensuring adherence to Fair Housing regulations.
• Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management to ensure all properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
• Lead and mentor on-site staff, providing training and support to enhance team performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess condition and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze operational data to inform decision-making and drive efficiency across the region.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that increase occupancy rates and revenue.
