Job Description

About Us:
CIG Communities is a dynamic and fast-growing multi-family developer and property management company with a reputation for innovation and excellence. We currently manage over 1,500 units, with ambitious plans to double our portfolio in the coming years. With developments across Florida and Ohio—and future growth on the horizon in other markets as well as third-party management opportunities—we’re seeking a talented and experienced Regional Property Manager to join our team and make a significant impact.
At CIG Communities, we pride ourselves on fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and growth. Our team operates with the agility of a startup while providing the resources and stability of an established company. We offer excellent benefits, opportunities for career development, and the chance to contribute meaningfully to the operations of a company on the rise.
Position Overview:
The Regional Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple communities within our expanding portfolio, ensuring that each property is operating efficiently, meeting financial goals, and providing an exceptional living experience for residents. This role will involve leading on-site teams, managing day-to-day operations, and working closely with executive leadership to implement strategic initiatives that align with our growth plans. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in multi-family property management, with a particular emphasis on lease-ups, and the ability to manage and mentor on-site staff effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operations of multiple multi-family communities, ensuring financial performance and resident satisfaction.
  • Drive leasing strategies and support successful lease-ups for new developments.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to on-site property managers and staff, promoting a positive and high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals.
  • Monitor property budgets, financial performance, and ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure high standards of maintenance, resident experience, and overall property presentation.
  • Assist in evaluating third-party management opportunities and contribute to the onboarding of new properties.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and teamwork across all communities.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, and other relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Regional Property Manager in the multi-family industry.
  • Proven success in managing lease-ups and new property developments.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage property budgets and meet financial goals.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop teams.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to oversee properties in multiple states (primarily Ohio and Florida).
  • Experience with Resman or other property management software is a plus.
Why Join CIG Communities?
  • Be part of a rapidly growing company with exciting developments in multiple markets.
  • Join a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and giving back to the community through our CIG Cares program.
  • Opportunity for career growth as we expand our portfolio and team.
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and more.
