Job Description and Duties

This is a hybrid position that requires three (3) days minimum onsite.

Do you have a passion for leadership and facilities management? Are you looking for a role where you can oversee multiple locations while leading a talented team? Facilities Management is seeking a Regional Property Manager for Southern California.

In this role, you’ll directly oversee one key location and lead a team of property managers who handle the operations at Riverside, Oxnard, San Diego, Glendale, Pasadena, Santa Ana, Fresno, and Bakersfield. We’re looking for someone with strong leadership and communication skills who can ensure that all locations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

The Regional Property Manager will:

  • Directly manage one primary site and supervise the property management team responsible for the other locations.
  • Ensure high standards of service and operational efficiency across all sites.
  • Oversee tenant relations, custodial services, security programs, and vendor contracts.
  • Lead improvement projects, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with state regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with employees, tenants, property management staff, business partners, and vendors.

Selected candidates will be required to complete and maintain a certification program for the Building  Owners and Managers Institute’s professional designation in Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) and/or Real Property Administrator (RPA), or a Facility Management Professional (FMP) certification through the International Facility Management Association.

New to state candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of the alternate salary range when applicable. Placement to alternate salary range may be based on education or experience identified in your state application.
