Must be Vent and Trach Experienced
Experience with Medicare and MediCal a plus
Wound Care and IV Skills also a must
Location: Greater Phoenix Area (PRN Opportunities)
Visit Rate: $40-$50 per shift, Hourly Rates: $32-$36/hr

Your Role:
As a valued member of our NurseCore team, you’ll take on diverse assignments, providing top-quality care in various settings, including one-on-one patient care in homes. Your dedication will help ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and healthcare policies.

Requirements:

• Active Arizona state nursing license or certification (LPN/RN)
• Minimum of 1 year of supervised experience in the past 3 years
• Fingerprint clearance card
• Article 9 certificate (required for home care roles)
