Affirmed Home Care , New York’s premier concierge home care agency, is looking for experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our elite clinical team! We’re currently hiring per diem RNs for highly specialized home care cases throughout Nassau County , including towns such as Garden City, Glen Cove, and Brookville.
About the Role
We’re seeking RNs with acute care experience—particularly in ICU, Med-Surg, or Emergency Department settings—to provide direct care in patients' homes. Opportunities include 12-hour daytime shifts and RN visits across Suffolk County.
Hourly Shifts: $55.00 per hour
RN Visits: $125.00 per visit

At least 1 year of recent RN experience in an acute care setting (home care experience a plus)
Active NYS RN license
Current BLS certification
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Valid driver’s license (preferred)
Physical exam within the past year
PPD or QuantiFERON test (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
MMR immunization (within 10 years)
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
