Your Role:
As an Emergency Department Registered Nurse, you will:
Provide knowledgeable and compassionate clinical practice and care coordination, focusing on the needs of patients and their families.
Deliver patient care in a patient and family-centered manner.
Utilize an integrated approach to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Apply established standards, guidelines, and pathways for care delivery.
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of one year of Registered Nurse clinical experience in an acute care setting.
Strongly preferred: One year or more of Emergency Department RN experience.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing. (If you have an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), you must complete your BSN within 5 years of your start date.)
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is highly desired.
Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a caring demeanor.
Proficient computer skills.
Work Environment:
You will be working in a dynamic Emergency Department setting, providing inpatient care.
This is an in person role.
