We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join the FSTONE Technologies team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data within our systems. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a remote position for only US and Canada candidate Only.
Duties
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Transcribe information into electronic formats
- Assist in data collection and management
- Utilize databases to input and retrieve information
- Conduct basic math calculations as needed
-Work closely with our accountant to ensure accurate entry
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles
- Proficiency in computerized data entry systems
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Familiarity with databases and data management processes
- Basic math skills for calculations and verification
