Signing Agent Jobs ( is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Remote Healthcare Notary Public to work in the U.S. only. JOB TYPES: FT/PT; MUST be a U.S. citizen. SUMMARY: As a Remote Healthcare Notary Public, you will have the opportunity to facilitate the notarization of essential healthcare documents from a distance. This is a U.S. based position.

DAILY FUNCTIONS:

Conduct remote notarizations for healthcare-related documents, such as medical directives, living wills, and healthcare power of attorney forms. Ensure the proper identification of signatories and witnesses through secure video conferencing platforms. Confirm the understanding and intent of all parties involved in the virtual healthcare notarization process. Maintain impeccable records of notarized healthcare documents to uphold document integrity. Remain informed about state-specific healthcare notary laws and regulations. Provide compassionate and clear explanations to clients about the significance and legal implications of notarized healthcare documents in a remote setting.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

High school diploma or equivalent. Active Notary Public commission in whichever U.S. state that you reside in. Prior experience in notarizing healthcare documents, particularly in a remote capacity, is an asset. Comfort and proficiency in using secure video conferencing and remote document management platforms. Compassion and professionalism when handling sensitive healthcare-related information. Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare document notarization procedures and applicable regulations. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills suitable for remote interactions. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle intricate healthcare documentation. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up. PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment. BENEFITS: 401(K); Contract work; Flexible schedule.
