As a remote Insurance Sales Representative, you’ll have the chance to leverage our strong support system, comprehensive training, and competitive commission structure to achieve financial independence. This is your opportunity to thrive in the growing insurance industry while helping clients protect what matters most.

  • Diverse Product Range . We are not a captive agency, we are brokers. That means we represent about 50 different insurance companies. This allows us to offer a wide range of products and solutions to meet every client's needs. You are also able to help previous clients with new products. We don’t just sell life insurance, but we can do a wide range including final expense, mortgage protection, IUL’s, annuities, IBC.
  • Proprietary CRM . Our unique system helps agents import existing business and cross-sell effectively. The system automates many tasks, making your job easier and more efficient.
  • Lead Generation . We have a robust life lead system generated by our company. Our goal is quality over quantity so our agents can spend their time selling and not prospecting. We have over 17 different lead types including digital, mail ins, call ins, and social media. These leads sync up with our CRM to make your job a little easier.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Ensure that clients' needs are met with the highest standards of service.
  • Recommend tailored insurance solutions to meet clients’ needs and provide peace of mind.
  • Stay informed about the industry trends to offer cutting-edge solutions.
  • Utilize our robust lead generation system to connect with clients and expand your network.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation to excel in a commission-only environment.
  • Work with integrity and be honest in your communication with your team and clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, additional education in sales is a plus.
