Roles & Responsibilities

• Research, Create, and Execute exceptional itineraries for clients
• Review individuals needs and wants for travel, to ensure you can cater a trip specially designed to meet their needs
• Complete ongoing training to earn and maintain certification to book travel
• Attend ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers, to become specialized with specific destinations
• Provide suggested budgets for clients
• We offer mentorship and guidance to help you succeed in your role and create outstanding events for our clients.
• This is a remote position, providing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home or any location with an internet connection. This is a business opportunity, which you can balance your work and personal life while delivering exceptional travel experiences to your clients

• Provide outstanding customer service and attention to detail
• Utilize time management skills in order to research, plan, and book vacation packages for clients
• Review budgets, and plan trips according to clients budget constraints
• *Create promotional materials to utilize
• *Stay up to date on changes within the tourism industry
• *Monitor restrictions on travel that come and go
• *Book travel needs (airline, car rental, hotel accommodations, cruise, ticket/event sales, etc…)
• *Effectively communicate with clients pre/post travel
• *Promptly respond to all travel inquires
• *Handle issues that may arise during the bookings and/or travel for clients

Requirements:

• No experience needed
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Positive, high-energy attitude
• Must be 18 years and over
• Must have computer/laptop with wifi
• Attend trainings for future travels
