Compensation: The Rental Driver Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $17.00 and $20.00.

Responsibilities:
- Reads basic maps, follows written directions to off-site locations’; schedules deliveries and pick-ups in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Makes decisions on best route for reaching destination.
- Performs basic emergency maintenance on vehicle.
- Calls in from each stop to make adjustments to route and schedule as needed.
- Maintains vehicle in a clean and neat manner.
- Physically inspects courtesy vehicle to identify and record service needs either on the exterior, interior or general maintenance.
- Services vehicle daily and when directed (fuel, wash, dry, check/replenish liquids, tires, etc.) to maintain safety and cleanliness.
- Obeys all state, federal and Department of Motor Vehicles laws and regulations.
- Adheres to all Company policies, procedures, established industry guidelines and ethical standards for interacting with customers.
Qualifications:
- Ability to record information (taken by phone or in person) accurately and quickly and enter simultaneously into computer system.
- Ability to be organized and attention to detail
- Strong Communication Skills
- Uses computer to prepare forms, documents and reports as required.
- Must be able to work cooperatively and courteously with a diverse population of co-workers. Clearly and effectively communicates with diverse work group; handles frustration, anger and pressure without internalizing.
- Valid driver’s license and insurability by employer’s carrier
- Ability to maintain good employee relations by acting courteously and amicably towards other co-workers.
