Stanford University is seeking a Research Data Analyst 1 (RDA1) for the Center for Undiagnosed Diseases (CUD), a site of the Undiagnosed Diseases Network to manage and analyze large amounts of data and information, typically technical or scientific in nature, under the direction of project researchers, investigators, or managers.
The RDA1 will perform analysis/interpretation of genomic data alongside other multi-omic and medical data to facilitate diagnosis of rare genetic disease, and will assist in additional aspects of case management for CUD participants.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in Mendelian genetics; prior experience with variant interpretation, translational research program, and/or managing research results is an asset. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential. You will be expected to participate in supporting and tracking participant activities, case management, data analysis, project work, and research workflow. The expected pay range for this position is $66,560 to $97,000 per hour.
