Restaurant General Manager

$45,000- $60,000 plus bonus

As a General Manager, you will lead a dynamic team to ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, fostering a positive work environment, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring high standards of food safety and quality.

Restaurant General Manager responsibilities include:

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, staff management, inventory, and financial performance.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to achieve company goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Manage restaurant budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, recognition, and team-building activities.

Restaurant General Manager candidates must possess:

• At least 2 years of General Manager experience, preferably in fast food.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Must have the capability to learn software and be able to troubleshoot it.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
