We are looking for conscientious and compassionate individuals to join a fast-paced team at a U.S.-based non-profit. Reviewers (Level 1) will provide the initial review and recommendations for grant applications submitted by individuals impacted by natural disasters and in need of assistance. Daily tasks include monitoring and processing tasks scheduled for the day; Conducting reviews of applications withing the timeframe allotted and documenting all details and decisions in tracking tool; Reviewing Call Tracking Metrics for customer calls and SMS messages; Tracking NetSuite task list for assigned and reassigned applications; Monitoring Outlook inbox for emails from applicants; Responding within 24 hours to inquiries from applicants or team members; Clear communication with team management, reporting issues immediately, asking for consultations as needed; Ability to work necessary hours, with a minimum of 4 hours a day overlap with EST working hours of 9am - 5pm.
Qualifications include:
* High proficiency in English - writing, reading, speaking, grammar use (note Grammarly must be added to browsers)
* Computer savvy - must have personal computer with internet speed of 100mbps or higher
* Experience with Microsoft Office products
* Exceedingly detail-oriented
* Ability to follow instructions, outlined processes and procedures
* Flexible - fast learner, can easily adapt to changes, can work independently and with a team
* Self-organized, with plan on approaching day-to-day tasks
* Good with time management - Quick response time, multi-tasker
* Able to set priorities and pivot quickly when there is an urgent matter or request
* Familiarity with NetSuite and Qualtrics platforms a plus
