Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough nursing assessments to evaluate the patient's health status, adhering to established standards of care and disease-specific guidelines.
Strategize, execute, and assess patient care plans to enhance outcomes and utilize resources efficiently.
Administer direct nursing care and oversee nursing personnel within the RN's authorized scope of practice, following established policies.
Offer age, culture, condition, and situation-appropriate education and emotional support, integrating patient and family education into all facets of nursing care.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse
Associate Degree, BSN preferred
Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor
Advanced Cardiac Life Support, or ACLS Instructor
Minimum of 1 year RN experience in an acute care ICU setting
