Registered Nurse - Telephone Triage Service
We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses with both pediatric and adult care experience to join our growing team. If you are someone who enjoys providing excellent patient care and thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you! We also offer a competitive Baylor plan for those who prefer to work weekends and have weekdays free.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert triage and care to pediatric and adult patients over the phone.
Manage a variety of patient needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Utilize your strong multitasking skills to handle multiple cases efficiently.
Ensure clear, compassionate communication with patients while navigating computer systems.
Qualifications:

At least 5 years of nursing experience, ideally in emergency department (ED), call center, or triage within a provider office setting.
Strong computer skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A quick thinker with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and being part of a dedicated team.
Compact nurses are encouraged to apply (additional nursing licenses may be required).
