Position Overview:

As a Commercial Roofing Estimator, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial roofing projects. Your expertise will help continue to provide exceptional service and value to clients. This role requires a strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed site inspections and assessments.
• Develop accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for roofing projects.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other project documents.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information.
• Prepare and present proposals and cost estimates to clients.
• Ensure estimates align with company standards and project requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a commercial roofing estimator.
• In-depth knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and construction processes.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
