Roofing and EIFS Project Manager (Office-Based)

We are seeking a motivated Roofing and EIFS Project Manager with expertise in overseeing office-based projects related to roofing systems and EIFS. This role involves managing project timelines, collaborating with estimating teams, and leveraging overseas assistance to ensure accurate cost estimations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in our company’s growth by ensuring high-quality deliverables, enhancing project efficiency, and conducting research on new products and improved systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:

• Manage roofing and EIFS projects from the office, ensuring alignment with design specifications and client expectations.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to maintain project timelines and budgets.

Estimating:

• Oversee the preparation of cost estimates for roofing and EIFS projects, coordinating with overseas teams as necessary.
• Analyze project requirements to generate accurate and competitive bids.

Research and Development:

• Conduct research on new products and innovative systems to improve project outcomes and efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend enhancements.

Project Support:

• Contribute to project planning and execution from the office, identifying opportunities for process improvement and growth.
• Maintain organized records of project documentation, including estimates and shop drawings.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Participate in project meetings to provide updates on project progress and estimation efforts.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, with experience in shop drawing creation for roofing and EIFS.
• Knowledge of estimating processes, including the ability to work with overseas resources.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Education and Experience:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architectural Drafting, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant experience in project management, creating shop drawings, and estimating for roofing and EIFS is highly desirable
