The Opportunity:

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is looking for a Pool Server who will be responsible for providing an amazing guest experience while guests dine, drink, and enjoy the amenities at Saguaro Blossom Pool.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• C ordially greeting guests,
• Taking orders and finalizing food and beverage service in a professional manner.
• Serving and clearing items, opening and closing side work, menu presentation,
• Operating point of sale system as well as attending to guests poolside
• Exude an enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
• Take orders, serve food and drinks, process payment and deliver checks.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck and surrounding area.
• Working as a team and effectively communicating with management, bartenders, and service staff to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by members.
• Always being positive, showing enthusiasm, and being respectful to all team members.
• Additional assistance in the dining room and catering events on occasion.

Candidate Qualifications :

• High school diploma.
• One (1) years' experience as a server/cocktail in a similar restaurant environment.
• Must possess a good attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to read and write in English proficiently as well as having basic math skills and the ability to use a calculator.
• Ability to work flexible hours to include double shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands:

• Work tasks are performed outdoors.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill tasks.
• Requires manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and climbing.
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length.
• Must be physically able to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment as well as delicate China and glassware, up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.

Hours / Days of Employment / Compensation:

• Occasional long hours may be required and the ability to work flexible hours to include double shifts, weekends, and holidays.
