What You'll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the transmission line industry.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the transmission towers and insulators market.
Offer tailored solutions that meet customer needs using your technical expertise and industry insights.
Lead the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience.
Provide technical support to clients, assisting with order execution and resolving technical inquiries.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales goals with technical capabilities.

What We're Looking For

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or a related field preferred).
Experience: At least 5 years in the transmission line industry, with a focus on transmission towers, insulators, or related products.
Sales Expertise: Proven success in sales, with strong skills in marketing, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain customer rapport.
Work Ethic: Self-motivated, independent, and capable of thriving in a remote work environment.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Bonus Skills: Familiarity with the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) process.
