Mast Roofing & Construction, Inc. is hiring a Sales Manager as a Full-Time job in Oley, PA.
The Sales Manager will lead the existing sales team and share our vision to grow from there. They will be responsible for developing team members to advance their success both personally and professionally. The ability to build a cohesive team and work effectively with the General Manager is essential to the role. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales process from start to finish, utilize data to make effective decisions, develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy, and achieve sales goals. In addition, this role will be a resource to the team, bringing a positive, can-do spirit, and strengthening the Mast Roofing & Construction brand. Mast Roofing & Construction is a company committed to providing our community with peace of mind from the top down since 1997. Mast offers services including roof repair, roof replacement, skylight installation, storm damage repair, and more. Job Qualifications:At least 4 years of Sales Management Experience
In-Home Sales Experience
Able to utilize marketing and advertising strategies to drive growth
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Proficient with technology
