Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and personable Sales Representative to join our growing team in the construction site clean-up industry. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who thrives on enthusiasm and a positive attitude rather than extensive business experience. The ideal candidate will be a local resident, as the role involves travel within the northern NJ, NY, and CT areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in direct sales and build relationships with potential clients.
• Promote and sell our products effectively to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and address client needs promptly.
• Manage sales activities and report on progress regularly.

Qualifications:

• Strong personality and positive attitude with a drive to succeed.
• No prior sales experience is required; we are looking for the right energy and attitude.
• Must be willing to travel within the specified region.
• Experience in the construction and removal clean-up industry preferred.

Compensation:

First six months of employment

• Weekly pay of $1,000
• $500 per week car allowance
• $30 per container sold

After six months, transition to a commission-only structure.

• $30 per container sold
• $500 per week car allowance
