Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth within the NYC territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
3+ years of sales experience, preferably in Building Materials.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel within the NYC territory as needed.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
