Job Title: Salesforce CRM Analytics Consultant

Location: Montvale, NJ (Hybrid )

Duration: 12 Months contract (W2)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CRM Analytics Consultant to support our analytics and reporting initiatives using Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics) .
The ideal candidate will have deep experience with Salesforce platform data modeling, dashboard creation, and data integration to drive business insights and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Salesforce CRM Analytics.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Integrate data from Salesforce and external systems into CRM Analytics using dataflows, recipes, and connectors.
Create and optimize SAQL and bindings for advanced functionality in dashboards.
Build and manage datasets, lenses, and dataflows.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot data quality issues.
Provide support and training to business users on dashboard usage.
Ensure data security, governance, and compliance standards are met.

Required Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce, including at least 2 years in CRM Analytics / Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, objects, and relationships.
Hands-on experience with SAQL, SOQL, and JSON-based dashboard configurations.
Proven ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards.
Experience with ETL tools, Dataflows, and Recipes in Salesforce Analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications: Tableau CRM and Einstein Discovery Consultant or Salesforce Certified Administrator .
Experience with integrating external data sources into Salesforce Analytics.
Background in financial services or healthcare domain is a plus.
