What I want to hire is another strong Salesforce person, however add in change management/communication focus. Someone that has a background in Prosci ADKAR & also of course Salesforce.
Required Qualifications:
v Experience in Salesforce Integration & Training
v Proficient in Instructional Design & Agile Project Management
v Prosci Certified Change Practitioner
v Developing and managing Al assistants
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with PowerBI, Articulate 360, Adobe Premiere Pro (Preferred)
Experience with Salesforce Field Service and training creation for classroom and remote settings
