Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000
An established, mid-size architecture and design firm in San Diego has an immediate need for a Practice Builder to join their San Diego team. This individual will have prior campus/school housing project experience.
Architectural license in CA is required! Key Responsibilities - Project Management: Project management is the application of processes, methods, skills, knowledge, and experience to achieve specific project objectives according to the project acceptance criteria within agreed parameters. Project management has final deliverables that are constrained to a finite timescale and budget.
- Planning: An act or process of making or carrying out plans. Establishment of goals, policies, and procedures for a social or economic unit city planning business planning.
- Leadership: Knowledge of and ability to employ effective strategies that motivate and guide other members within our business to achieve optimum results.
- Scheduling: Scheduling is the process of arranging, controlling, and optimizing work and workloads in a production process or manufacturing process.
- Coordination: Ability to plan, execute, and adjust job duties to achieve business goals.
Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with one of the established housing architectural firms such as KTGY, AO, Tom Cox, SVA or MVE.
- Licensed architect with Multifamily housing experience including affordable and student housing.
