Job Description

• Strong network experience (8 – 12 + years ) include Versa SDWAN (Primary-must skills), Fortinet SDWAN(required) & Cisco technology
• Expert with in-depth knowledge of LAN/WAN/Security support for data networks at Access, Aggregation, and Core network and SDWAN orchestrator level
• SDWAN HLD/LLD & Implementations and support experience to large enterprises including incident management (P1/P2/P3 tickets ), change and ITSM processes.
• Versa SD-WAN (primary) operational management and documentation
• Versa SD-WAN site support and resolution (L2-L3 expert level support)
• Versa & Fortinet SD-WAN knowledge required/desired
• Thorough understanding of modern service provider TCP/IP data networks using standards and technologies including but not limited to: MPLS, OSPF, BGP4, STP, RSTP, VTP etc.
• Expert level operations knowledge on WAN technologies such as MPLS,VPN, IPLC, S2S VPN etc.
• Experience in monitoring, management service provider coordination with WAN circuit providers for MPLS, Internet-DIA, Internet-Broadband, Internet 4G/5G connectivity.
• Expertise on routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF. WAN traffic classification and prioritization using QoS / CoS.
• Expertise managing Cisco routers, ASA firewalls.
• Operational knowledge on SASE WAN edge over SD-WAN overlay.
• Fortinet SD-WAN knowledge required/desired
• SDWAN migrations experience from Versa SDWAN-> Fortinet SDWAN will be advantage
• Exposure in managing WAN Network for media industry or managing media traffic would be an added advantage.
• Monitoring LAN, Wireless LAN, WAN elements 24x7x365 through Monitoring tool solution
• Should be flexible for long working hours and ready to work in shifts and and weekend.
• Certifications :CCNP/ CCIE Expert, Versa / FortiGate Certifications add advantage

• Ability to understand and comply with methods, standards, guidelines, tools, techniques and procedures.

Technical :

• Versa SDWAN ( Must)/FortiGate/Cisco/Routers/ Firewall/Switches
• SDWAN + Telco (Circuits)
• WAN/ LAN Wireless LAN/QoS/Traffic Engineering
