Job Description

A large automotive plant in the Eastend of Louisville, Old Henry Rd. area, is in need of a Seasonal Recruiter. 3 to 6 months assignment. This is a first shift position from 8am to 5pm, Monday - Friday, with the potential to be on call if needed. Must have reliable transportation. Bilingual preferred. 

• Support during the full recruitment process: post in media, schedule interviews with SV, interviews by HR, complete and review paperwork for payroll, entering new hires into database. 
• Support during orientation first day: provide HR portion and coordinate with the rest of areas the agenda
• Follow up with new hires for uniforms, safety shoes after one month of seniority 
• Tracker of referral for recruitment
