The core duties include identifying security changes due to the major system upgrade, presenting analysis and documenting, implementing, testing, and troubleshooting security changes. Additional duties include fluid navigation design and other supporting project activities as needs arise in documentation, system testing, and other tasks as an internal support team member.
SALARY RANGE: 110K TO 120K Per Annum
CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
8 years of required experience:
Serving as a PeopleSoft Security Administrator on PeopleSoft HCM implementation or upgrade projects.
Working with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Employee & Manager Self-Service and Time and Labor.
Handling PeopleSoft fluid and work center security.
Identifying requirements and creating formal documents for key business stakeholders and SMEs.
Conducting formal work sessions and analysis presentations.
Utilizing Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) (at least 4 years).
Using MS Teams and Channel communication with a large team (at least 2 years).
Preferred experience:
4 years with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government).
2 years working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS HCM.
2 years with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
2 years using SharePoint.
1 year with Jira.
1 year working with the Scrum framework.
