Job Description

Our team is looking for a Senior AV Technician to support complex high end and large residential installation projects in the Tulsa area.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5-8 years of overall hands on experience installing audio visual solutions for high end residential customers including AV and IT equipment such as snap one, Control 4, Cisco routers and switches, flat panel video screens, audio systems, video projection units, Dolby systems and Crestron automation control systems, including basic programming experience.

Position Description:

• The Senior AV Technician provides independent hands on audio visual installation experience in high end homes with strong attention to superior customer service and skill.
• Builds racks, installs projectors, screens and other audio video equipment including, but not limited to, cabling, fiber optics, racking and mounting audio visual devices and control units.
• Responsible for installing audio video products and components as specified by blue prints and to specifications.
• Loading and configuration of snap one control systems, some programming is required.
• Install high end theater sound systems such as Dolby.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3-6 years installing and commissioning residential Audio Visual equipment including video panels, speakers, racking, cabling and related components
• Experience installing and configuring Cisco networking including routers, switches and configuring wireless networks required.
• Knowledge of loading and troubleshooting snap one systems with some programming experience at a basic level.
• Knowledge installing and configuring Dolby audio systems highly desired.
• Can read CAD generated prints and building blueprints and riser diagrams.
• Must have excellent communication skills and possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to do advanced troubleshooting on any device
• Must be able to read and write at basic English proficiency.
• The ability to perform basic math functions.
• The ability to lift 50-60 lbs., climb, crawl, and raise items overhead.
