Job Title: Senior Cisco Consultant (with SMS Tools & Guest Wi-Fi Experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cisco Spaces Specialist to design, deploy, and optimize global guest Wi-Fi and location services using Cisco's intelligent platform. The ideal candidate will have experience integrating SMS communication tools for guest engagement and marketing automation, with a strong background in guest Wi-Fi onboarding and data capture strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead configuration and administration of Cisco Spaces , including location-based services , engagement rules , and analytics .
• Implement and manage global SMS tools (e.g., Twilio, Sinch, Infobip) to support personalized guest engagement and multi-language communication.
• Design seamless guest Wi-Fi onboarding workflows , including captive portals, consent management, and branding.
• Integrate Cisco Spaces with marketing platforms and CRM tools to enable customer journey mapping and campaign targeting.
• Analyze Wi-Fi and location data to provide insights into customer behaviour, dwell times, and engagement performance.
• Work cross-functionally with IT, marketing, and operations teams to ensure platform scalability and data compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Provide support and training for regional IT teams and internal stakeholders.
• Stay current on Cisco Spaces updates, best practices, and partner ecosystem developments.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco Spaces in an enterprise or retail environment.
• Proven experience integrating SMS communication platforms in a global context (with support for various countries, compliance, and delivery optimization).
• Strong understanding of Wi-Fi onboarding , guest access portals, and related security/compliance concerns.
• Experience with API integration, webhooks, and automation tools.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., DNA Spaces Behaviour Metrics, Webex dashboards, Power BI).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or as part of a global team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA Wireless, DevNet, or specific DNA Spaces training).
• Experience working in verticals like retail, hospitality, education, or transportation.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, or HubSpot.
• Multilingual capabilities and cultural awareness for supporting international teams.
