Large Power Systems Division (LPSD) provides exciting opportunities for accountants who want to be challenged and are interested in being directly involved with product business decisions. This open position is a Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis on the LPSD Consolidations Team. The role will provide support to the entire LPSD organization, which is a fast-paced, innovative, and growing global organization.

This role is a supervisor position with leadership over financial planning and analysis (FP&A) support to LPSD. The incumbent will demonstrate and develop leadership skills, communication, presentation, and financial analysis skills, along with regular interactions with senior leadership within LPSD.

What You Will Do:

• Present research and analysis findings, financial forecasts and key insights to the senior management, and assisting them in making corporate and strategic decisions.
• Working closely with top management and other key stakeholders to prepare annual budgets and formulate strategic plans to meet business objectives.
• Maintain current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures providing guidance to others in the business.

What You Have:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

• Business Acumen: Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
• Finance and Accounting: Knowledge of finance and accounting practices, financial analysis, and reporting; ability to apply finance knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
• Organizational Governance: Knowledge of the processes, customs, policies, and rules affecting the way the organization is administered and controlled; ability to ensure compliance with governance guidelines and policies.
• Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.
• Leadership: Knowledge of leadership practices and processes; ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives while having a long-term perspective of the future state of things and how to get there.
• Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.
• Financial Forecasting and Modeling: Knowledge of processes, tools and techniques of financial forecasting and modeling; ability to explore and evaluate alternative financial scenarios and results.
• Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP): Knowledge of the generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP); ability to apply GAAP appropriately within the organization

Additional Info :

• This position will be located in our Mossville, IL office
• This role is a full time, Hybrid position and currently requires 3 days a week in office
• Domestic relocation assistance is available for those who qualify
• Sponsorship is not available
• International and Domestic travel up to 5%
