An industry leader in the nutritional and health sciences field is searching for a qualified candidate to hire for a Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs position. This individual will be responsible for all regulatory affairs within their food & dietary supplement division. This newly created role is a result of current and anticipated growth and a need to put higher quality standards in place for their customer base. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regulatory compliance strategies to ensure that products meet all applicable regulations and standards specific to food/dietary supplement
• Remain informed about changes in regulatory requirements and communicate updates
• Review product labeling, marketing materials, and other documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-function teams, including R&D, marketing, and legal, to address regulatory issues and ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle
• Manage relationships with regulatory agencies and industry organizations to stay ahead of regulatory developments and represent the company’s interests
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and develop corrective action plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, advanced degrees preferred
• 5+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, specifically in the food/dietary supplement
• Knowledge of FDA regulations
